Mix glaze ingredients together and pour over pork. Spread evenly with pastry brush.
Roast pork at 325°. Remove from the oven at an internal temperature of 160°.
Notes
A 2-5 pound roast will take 10-15 minutes per pound (the long narrow shape of the roast means it will cook more quickly than a thicker roast). No onion powder? Use 1 teaspoon onion salt, omitting the plain salt and onion powder.
